Do I need to know how to code?
No. You put our address in the action attribute of your HTML form, and that is the whole job. No JavaScript library, no PHP script, no database.
Does this work with WordPress, Wix, Webflow or a static site?
Yes. FormPost works anywhere you can insert your own HTML – including static sites on GitHub Pages, Netlify or Cloudflare Pages, which cannot send forms on their own.
What does FormPost cost?
The Free plan stays free and covers one form with up to ten notification emails a day. No credit card needed. Pro costs €17.85 a year including VAT.
Where is my visitors' data stored?
On servers in Germany. Neither we nor our providers transfer the data outside the EU. You can sign a data processing agreement in your account.
How does FormPost keep spam out?
Every form carries a hidden field that only automated scripts fill in – those submissions go to the spam folder instead of your inbox. On top of that you can switch on a small arithmetic question per form. Both run on our own servers, with no external captcha service.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel in your account or without signing in through the cancellation page, effective at the end of the period you have paid for. Consumers can also withdraw from the contract within fourteen days and get the full amount back.
